Tutorial

    Starting position: A mixture between the four-footed stance and the heel sit.

    With one hand raised, place the working arm under the supporting arm with the palm facing upwards.

    Execution: Turn away from the supporting arm as far as possible.

    Gaze follows the hand, fingertips point to the ceiling.

    Hold the position you have reached. Pull the arm out of the shoulder joint as you inhale.

    As you exhale from the spine, try to continue rotating.

    Repeat this 10 times and then change the working direction.
