Tutorial

    Adjust the seat height of the machine so that the position suits you and sit on the seat.

    Grip the handles shoulder-width apart with your hands and position your elbows on the padding. Your elbows are at head height and point towards the ceiling. Your palms should also be facing the ceiling. Bring your arms back until you feel a slight stretch in your chest.

    Now press your elbows down in a powerful and controlled manner until they are next to your upper body. Exhale during this movement and tense your chest muscles hard.

    Slowly bring your elbows back in a controlled manner until they are back in the starting position and pointing towards the ceiling again. Breathe in as you do this.

    One repetition has now been completed. Repeat this process for the specified number of repetitions.
Tip
Make sure that you keep your chest slightly out and your shoulders slightly back throughout the exercise. This will help you engage your chest muscles better. Also try to consciously target your chest muscles and push less out of your arms.
