Calisthenics
After years of traditional weight training, I made a conscious decision two years ago to switch to calisthenics—and I haven't regretted it for a second. Since then, I've immersed myself in the world of skills, weighted training, and endurance, and I've learned a tremendous amount in a short period of time. I now pass on this passion and the knowledge I've built up—honestly, directly, and with a focus on real progress. Calisthenics is more than just training. It's control, strength, and freedom—and the best part is that anyone can start anywhere!
With my training plans, you get access to all facets of calisthenics: Whether you want to specialize in weighted calisthenics, skill training, or endurance—or combine everything in a balanced mix—you'll find the right path here. You will get to know the entire spectrum of calisthenics and, depending on your goals, you can flexibly switch between disciplines or combine them. Diversity, progress, and fun during training are the focus here.
