After years of traditional weight training, I made a conscious decision two years ago to switch to calisthenics—and I haven't regretted it for a second. Since then, I've immersed myself in the world of skills, weighted training, and endurance, and I've learned a tremendous amount in a short period of time. I now pass on this passion and the knowledge I've built up—honestly, directly, and with a focus on real progress. Calisthenics is more than just training. It's control, strength, and freedom—and the best part is that anyone can start anywhere!

For me, consistency is paramount. A good training plan, a balanced diet, and enjoying your workouts are important—no question. But for me, the biggest factor for success has always been training regularly and giving 100% every time. Discipline beats everything else: if you stick with it, you'll grow—physically and mentally.

With my training plans, you get access to all facets of calisthenics: Whether you want to specialize in weighted calisthenics, skill training, or endurance—or combine everything in a balanced mix—you'll find the right path here. You will get to know the entire spectrum of calisthenics and, depending on your goals, you can flexibly switch between disciplines or combine them. Diversity, progress, and fun during training are the focus here.

When it comes to food, my motto is: the basics must be right—protein, vitamins, minerals. If that's in place, you're already halfway there. And the rest? Stay relaxed. A cookie or an ice cream won't throw anyone off track. Nutrition should be effective, but it should also taste good.
