When creating my training plans, the focus was on holistic fitness. In addition to strength training, you will also find mobility and endurance units to build a healthy and strong body that you feel comfortable in. The plans are tailored entirely to you and your performance level and are regularly adjusted accordingly. So it doesn't matter if you are a complete beginner or already very advanced. You are sure to find the right plan for you!

All of my plans are available in a classic version and a version that focuses on the lower body, in case you want to pay a little more attention to your legs and butt. If you don't have access to a gym, that's no problem. You can also do my home workouts without any equipment and still make progress. As an extra, there are also home training plans with dumbbells or fitness bands, which you can access by checking the appropriate boxes when asked about equipment.

When creating my recipes, I placed particular emphasis on ensuring that they are not only healthy and delicious, but also rich in protein. It was important to me to use ingredients that provide your body with optimal support and give you strength. If you are vegetarian or vegan, you will of course also find something to suit you in my recipes. In addition, I have deliberately chosen regional and seasonal foods to promote sustainability and ensure the freshness of the products.

My nutritional guidelines are designed to help you reach your target weight, whether you want to gain or lose weight. Similar to your training plans, your calorie target will be adjusted at regular intervals, and you can choose from a variety of delicious recipes.
