My name is Collin Griese, I am a fitness influencer and competitive bodybuilder. As a child, I was always "a little chubby" and discovered weight training at the age of 13. I started with Sascha Huber workouts at home, then competed in my first bodybuilding competition at 17, where I came in second place, and 1.5 years later, at 19, I earned 2 pro cards. With my 1:1 coaching, I want to help people achieve their personal dream body or successfully compete in a competition themselves. In addition to bodybuilding, I love adrenaline and went skydiving for the first time at 15. I also love "exciting" activities and good food.

In training, I follow a strict approach of high intensity and quality. It is important to me to target my muscles optimally with every set, because that is the only way to make them grow effectively and worry less about injuries. I also like to try out new exercises to add variety and keep training fun in the long term.

Regular adjustments to your training plans ensure that your training never becomes boring and adapts to your level of progress, so that you never lose the fun and can continue to achieve optimal progress. Strength training not only helps me achieve my athletic goals in bodybuilding, but has also helped me in every situation in life since I started and has helped me mentally.

Red Circle Indicator Nutrition philosophy:

One thing is particularly important to me when it comes to my diet: variety. I could never eat the same meals every day for a long period of time, and I consider good food to be part of my quality of life. As long as you don't lose sight of the basics, such as a balanced macronutrient distribution, sufficient fruit/vegetables, and your fiber intake, you will achieve your goals with a flexible approach to nutrition and won't have to sacrifice anything.
