My name is Collin Griese, I am a fitness influencer and competitive bodybuilder. As a child, I was always "a little chubby" and discovered weight training at the age of 13. I started with Sascha Huber workouts at home, then competed in my first bodybuilding competition at 17, where I came in second place, and 1.5 years later, at 19, I earned 2 pro cards. With my 1:1 coaching, I want to help people achieve their personal dream body or successfully compete in a competition themselves. In addition to bodybuilding, I love adrenaline and went skydiving for the first time at 15. I also love "exciting" activities and good food.
Regular adjustments to your training plans ensure that your training never becomes boring and adapts to your level of progress, so that you never lose the fun and can continue to achieve optimal progress. Strength training not only helps me achieve my athletic goals in bodybuilding, but has also helped me in every situation in life since I started and has helped me mentally.
