Tutorial

  1. 1
    Stand with your feet hip-width apart and bring your hands together in front of your body. Your hands are level with your face.

    Now press your hands firmly against each other.
  3. 3
    Bring your compressed arms up/forward at an angle until your elbows are approximately at face level. Keep the pressure upright.
  4. 4
    Bring your compressed arms back to the starting position.
  5. 5
    One repetition has now been completed. Repeat this process for the specified number of repetitions.
Tip
Maintain the pressure throughout the exercise.
