Tutorial

    Starting position: Stable stance, knees slightly bent, buttocks firm (prevent hollow back).

    Grasp the bar with your thumbs pointing towards each other. Narrower = heavier
  3. 3
    Hold it in front of your body with your arms stretched downwards.
  4. 4
    Execution: Bend the right elbow, circle around the head and stretch the arm behind the back.
  5. 5
    Then circle your left elbow around your head and return to the starting position.
  6. 6
    After 10 repetitions, start with the left arm.
