Tricep presses on the Gravitron machine are a beginner-friendly exercise to train the triceps in isolation.

Tutorial

Stand in front of the Gravitron device and bend forward slightly. Place your palms about shoulder-width apart on the platform. Fingertips point forward. Elbows are bent and close to the body

Push the platform down until your arms are straight. Breathe out as you do so

Now bend your arms again until you are back in the starting position. Breathe in as you do so.

One repetition has now been completed. Repeat this process for the specified number of repetitions.
Tip
Make sure that your back remains straight during the exercise. Keep your shoulders and upper arms in the same position throughout the exercise. Only push from the triceps muscle and not from your upper body.
