From now on, you can usually choose between several portion sizes when tracking food.
It is now also possible to track any activity, including a guide value (average value) of the kcal consumed.
You can find your activity tracks in the training progress or via the calendar in the training area and the history in the profile.
Coming soon (in connection with activity tracking):
- Overwrite the calculated kcal value directly (if it does not apply to you)
- Create your own activities
- Connection to other apps (Apple Health, etc.)
- Consideration of the kcal on your kcal nutrition goal
- Link to your workout so that an activity is automatically created
