Based on current scientific research, I have made sure to train the body comprehensively and cover several different areas of fitness. Whether you are a beginner or very advanced, the plans are tailored to your current performance level and are updated regularly. The longer you train with one of my plans, the higher the training volume will be, and the splits will usually change after completing the experience level. I have focused entirely on choosing the right volume and the perfect exercises for you and adapting them to your progress!

In addition to my regular gym plans, you'll also find plenty of home workouts with pure bodyweight exercises, but also with dumbbells, pull-up bars, and benches. In case you want to pay a little more attention to certain muscle groups, I've created plans for different focus areas, where you can decide for yourself which ones you want to choose.

My nutritional philosophy is based on a healthy, balanced, and above all protein-rich mixed diet. It is important to me that even when consuming fewer calories than usual, you still get enough nutrients to supply your body with energy and get you going!

My nutritional guidelines, including calorie targets and macro distribution, are of course also based on the goals you have specified. It is important that you enter your body weight into the GYMKY app on a weekly basis, as this allows us to evaluate your current status and adjust your calorie target accordingly.
