I am Nicola Kogler, a certified yoga teacher with international training in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. My passion is to help people achieve greater flexibility, inner balance, and well-being through yoga. Mobility training is a crucial factor for long-term performance and health, especially for strength athletes. In my sessions on GYMKY, you can work specifically on your flexibility and stability, regardless of your level. I place great importance on regular training and anatomically sound movements. This means you can be sure that every session is well thought out and really supports your body.

I place great importance on clean execution and anatomically sound movements so that you can use yoga to achieve your specific athletic goals.
