I am an advocate of a balanced, protein-oriented diet with a focus on muscle building. I don't believe in special diets and supposed "miracle methods." My nutritional recommendations are based on your goals. I avoid extreme calorie deficits so that you can make progress without losing too much muscle mass. When building muscle, I also recommend a moderate calorie surplus to prevent excessive fat gain and avoid having to stop the building phase prematurely. All in all, I follow a philosophy that will help you reach your goals efficiently in terms of nutrition.
