Robin is a three-time German champion in streetlifting and shows you how hybrid calisthenics (calisthenics/weighted calisthenics) can not only make you incredibly strong, but also help you build muscle mass at the same time.

Right Arrow indicator Training philosophy:

I always train according to the motto "form follows function," which means that if you become strong, you will also look strong! Accordingly, becoming strong is my number one priority, because anyone can look good, but being strong in exercises such as pull-ups or dips shows true fitness.

For me, calisthenics and weighted calisthenics are the main focus. However, I like to combine this sport with classic gym training to get the best of both worlds.

My approach is that you don't have to give anything up or follow a specific diet. Eat lots of unprocessed foods, get your macronutrients and micronutrients, and treat yourself every now and then.
