David Bencsik, aka DOUBLEB, is not only known for closely examining the workouts of top bodybuilding athletes, but also for his own training and nutrition plans. He proves this by showcasing his incredible physique on social media and on the bodybuilding stage. David combines the knowledge and experience he has accumulated over the years in his plans and shows you how to build quality muscle mass.

Right Arrow indicator Training philosophy:

I am a fan of high-frequency training (training your muscles twice a week). A mix of many heavy exercises with low repetitions (5-8) and higher repetitions (12-15 or even 15-20) is good. In terms of volume, I am somewhere in the middle, so not too much and not too little. Roughly between 6-15 sets per week for each muscle is okay. The cardiovascular system is also incredibly important for us, so incorporate at least 3x, or rather 5x a week, 30 minutes of cardio (Zone 2 cardio). Very important: it must always be fun, because that's the only way to keep it up in the long run.

Training

Red Circle Indicator Nutrition philosophy:

My philosophy is high in protein, high in carbohydrates, and low in fat (of course, enough fat for all hormonal processes). I am a big fan of fixed nutrition plans that are tailored to your digestion (you are what you digest). If it fits your macros, that works too, but make sure you eat 500g of fruit and vegetables daily and stick to your macro nutrients, then it will work. Everything should be designed to perform as well as possible in the gym, so eat carbohydrates around your workout, fats towards the evening before bed, and proteins 3-5 times a day so that you reach your total amount.
