Tutorial

  1. 1
    Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in front of your body with both hands. Keep your hands at face level.
  2. 2
    Now press your hands firmly against each other or against the dumbbell.
  3. 3
    Bring your clasped hands up/forward at an angle until your elbows are approximately at face level. Keep the pressure upright.
  4. 4
    Bring your clasped hands back to the starting position.
  5. 5
    One repetition has now been completed. Repeat this process for the specified number of repetitions.
Tip
Maintain the pressure throughout the exercise. Give your shoulders back and make sure your posture is upright.
