    Starting position: Sit in a long position, one leg pulled up and placed over the outstretched leg. Bring the opposite arm past the outside of the raised leg. Place the other hand with the fingertips behind the back.

    Execution: Turn away from the raised leg. If you are standing on the right, turn to the right and vice versa.
