    Starting position: Back knee on cushion. Control the intensity by moving your knee closer to the wall --- closer = harder.

    Place your front foot approx. 1 meter from the wall. Upper body upright. Support yourself if necessary.

    Toes or back of feet against the wall. Upper body upright.

    Execution: Stand with your back as close to the wall as possible.
  5. 5
    Hold the end position.
