Tutorial

  1. 1
    Starting position: Stable stance, approx. 2 foot lengths away from the wall (further away = heavier).
  2. 2
    Shoulder girdle and back of head against the wall, chin in the epiglottis.
  3. 3
    Execution: (m) The chin reaches forward into the room, you roll up to the top of the back of the head.
  4. 4
    Back to start. (r. and l.): Tilt your head slightly to the right or left.
  5. 5
    Then perform the same movement as in (m).
