    Starting position: Bring the hip, knee and ankle joints to a 90° angle.

    Front foot and rear lower leg on one line.

    Execution: Press your front leg into the floor.

    Pull the back leg back as far as possible --- and a little more (inner thigh stretch).

    Then release the front leg and switch to the other side.

    Then stretch the outside of the buttocks on the diagonal (external hip rotation).
