Tutorial

  1. 1
    Starting position: Stable stance, approx. 2 foot lengths away from the wall (further away = heavier).
  2. 2
    The entire back, shoulder girdle and back of the head are against the wall, chin in the hollow of the throat.
  3. 3
    Execution: First peel the sacrum and then, starting with the lumbar spine, peel away from the wall vertebra by vertebra.
  4. 4
    Keep the back of the head and neck in contact with the wall.
  5. 5
    Then, from top to bottom, guide one vertebra after the other back to the wall
