Tutorial

    Starting position: Stand backwards in front of the elevation in a stable position.

    Tilt your pelvis back (opposite of a hollow back) and tighten your buttocks.

    Execution: Lift the chest / sternum as you inhale.

    Exhaling from the thoracic spine, go into a backbend and touch the elevation (the target) with the back of your head.

    Adjust the elevation so that contact is possible with effort.
