Tutorial

    Starting position: Standing on your knees, place your palms and wrists on the elevation with your arms outstretched, shoulder-width apart.

    Pull your arms forward out of your shoulders.

    The knees are located under the hip joints.

    Tighten the buttocks, tilt the pelvis backwards (opposite of the hollow back).

    Execution: Inhale and reach down towards the floor, exhale and round the thoracic spine as much as possible.
