Tutorial

  1. 1
    Support yourself with both hands on an incline bench as you would for a push-up. The incline bench should be set slightly upright.
  2. 2
    Slowly bring the lower part of your chest to the incline bench.
  3. 3
    Then push yourself backwards away from the bench and not upwards as you would with a push-up, but as you would with a pull-up.
  4. 4
    Then bring your lower chest back to the incline bench in a semi-circle.
