Description

The biceps curl on the rings primarily trains the biceps.

Tutorial

  1. 1
    Set the rings to the appropriate height and grip them about shoulder-width apart with an underhand grip.
  2. 2
    Put your heels up and get into a straight body position.
  3. 3
    Bend your arms and thus your body towards the rings. Only work from the biceps.
  4. 4
    Extend your arm again to return to the starting position.
Tip
Make sure you do the movement in a controlled manner and only work from the biceps. The more horizontal the body is positioned, the harder the exercise will be.
