Hi, I'm Nicola - a certified yoga teacher for Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
I put a lot of heart into my classes, which are powerful, mindful and at the same time suitable for everyday life - perfect as a balance to training or stressful everyday life. Breathing exercises (pranayama), mobilization and conscious movements are an integral part of every session. My goal: more lightness, flexibility and inner balance - for every level.
