High knees are a good exercise to warm up for your workout. It works your lower body and gets your cardiovascular system going.

Tutorial

    Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and bend your elbows 90°.

    Alternate between bringing your left and right knee up. Bring them up so that your thighs are at least parallel to the floor. Raise your arms in opposite directions.

    Perform the exercise until you have reached the specified time.
Tip
Perform the exercise at a moderate pace. Ensure that you breathe evenly throughout the exercise.
