Description

Tutorial

    Set the desired wattage level. Stand hip-width apart in front of the ski ergometer and grip a handle with both hands. Engage your core muscles.

    Pull your arms down until your hands are next to your calves and bend your upper body forward.

    Straighten your upper body and raise your arms back up.
  4. 4
    Perform the exercise until you have reached the specified time.
Tip
Engage your core and keep your back straight. Perform the exercise at a moderate pace. Make sure you breathe evenly throughout the exercise.
