Tutorial

  1. 1
    Get into a quadruped position and shift your weight evenly onto your hands and feet. Keep your bottom above your shoulders.
  2. 2
    Move forward by bringing your hands and feet forward in opposite directions (e.g. left hand and right leg).
  3. 3
    Perform the exercise until you have reached the specified time.
Tip
Do not perform the exercise too quickly and make sure you are breathing evenly.
