Animal Movements are part of a bodyweight training concept inspired by animal movements. The Lizzard Walk primarily trains the upper body and increases hip mobility. This exercise is also very demanding in terms of coordination.

Get into the upper push-up position and position your feet wider than shoulder-width apart.

Move forward by bringing your hands and feet forward in opposite directions (e.g. left hand and right leg). Try to bring your feet as far forward as possible with each step.

Perform the exercise until you have reached the specified time.
Tip
Do not perform the exercise too quickly and make sure you are breathing evenly.
