Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Take a wide lunge forward with your left leg and position your right hand on the floor. Your upper body is bent forward and your right leg is extended backwards. Your right knee is straight and does not touch the floor. This is your starting position

Position your left hand behind your right arm. Turn your upper body up to the left as far as possible and bring your left arm up to the side. Your gaze is always directed towards your left hand and your head turns with you during the exercise.

Hold the position briefly and then bring your left arm back to the starting position.

Do this exercise until you have reached the specified time. Then do the exercise with your other side.
Tip
Use the full range of motion and try to twist up as far as possible. Your gaze is always focused on your hand and your head rotates with the exercise.
Make sure that you maintain calm and even breathing during the exercise.
