Take the handles of the rope in your hands. The rope should be behind you at the start.

Start the exercise at a moderate pace. Swing the rope over your body from behind and jump over the rope. Stay relaxed on the balls of your feet throughout the exercise.

Perform the exercise until you have reached the specified time.

Choose a rope that is suitable for your size. It is best to perform the exercise on a soft surface so as not to put too much strain on your joints. Keep your body upright, look forward and pull your shoulders back slightly. Keep your arms relaxed and only twist the rope from your wrists. Only jump on the balls of your front feet. Perform the exercise at a moderate pace so that you can still have a good conversation with someone. You can also jump in intervals. This means, for example, jumping for 45 seconds and resting for 15 seconds. Make sure you breathe evenly throughout the exercise.
