Description

The seated chest press is a good exercise to train the chest muscles effectively on the cable pulley.

Tutorial

    Position an incline bench in front of the cable pulley and adjust the cable pulley to approx. nipple height when you sit on the bench.

    Grasp the left and right handles and sit on the incline bench
  3. 3
    Squeeze the handles tightly together from the back outside at an angle to the front
  4. 4
    Then release the weight in a very controlled manner.
