Let them swing! Dynamic swinging of the legs back and forth as a warm up! Increases the mobility of the hip joint and stretches the glutes, hamstrings and hip flexors for the upcoming workout!

Tutorial

  1. 1
    Stand sideways against a wall or an object that you can hold on to.
  2. 2
    Breathe tension into the torsu and swing one of your legs back and forth. At best with little hip tilt!
  3. 3
    Completed all the repetitions? Great, now the other side!
Tip
- Try to keep your leg as straight as possible. It doesn't have to be perfectly straight, but make sure your knee flexes as little as possible.

- The aim is to create a slight stretch as you swing forward

- Keep your upper body as upright as possible

- Swing only from the legs if possible
