Stand sideways against a wall or an object that you can hold on to.

Breathe tension into the torsu and swing one of your legs back and forth. At best with little hip tilt!

Tip
- Try to keep your leg as straight as possible. It doesn't have to be perfectly straight, but make sure your knee flexes as little as possible.
- The aim is to create a slight stretch as you swing forward
- Keep your upper body as upright as possible
- Swing only from the legs if possible
