Tutorial

  1. 1
    Stand frontally against a wall or an object that you can hold on to.
  2. 2
    Swing one of your legs in front of the other to the left and right.
  3. 3
    Completed all the repetitions? Great now the other side
Tip
- try to keep your leg as straight as possible. It doesn't have to be perfectly straight, but make sure your knee flexes as little as possible.

- The aim is to create a slight stretch when crossing your legs. I.e. when you swing your right leg to the left or your left leg to the right.

- Your hips can rotate a little in the direction of the swing.
