Description

Toe touches is an exercise in which you mainly train your upper abdominal muscles. The name comes from the fact that you touch the tips of your toes with your fingertips and hold this position.

Tutorial

  1. 1
    Lie on your back on the floor. Lift your legs off the floor so that your hips and knees are bent at a 90° angle. Then bring the soles of your feet together and your knees outwards.

    Lift your upper body off the floor and touch the tips of your toes with your fingertips.
  3. 3
    Tighten your stomach and hold this position for the specified time.
