Fruit dwarf ice cream

Ingredients

Skyr nature (Arla) 200 g

Frozen strawberries (Jütro) 100 g

Maple syrup (Maple syrup) 1 Tablespoon (15 g)

or honey, sweetener, to taste

Preparation

   Puree the skyr thoroughly with the fruit and sweetener of your choice.

   Then pour into ice cream molds and freeze for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight.
