Banana fresh (Basis) 110 Portion

Berries 50 Handful

Ground almonds (Rewe) 20 packet

Linseed oil (Alnatura) 3 TL

Blueberry Cheesecake (ESN ISO-WHEY Hardcore) 20 Portion

White almond butter (Dm Bio) 25 Portion

   Put all the ingredients in a blender or use a hand blender to make a homogeneous mixture. - That's it! Best enjoyed ice cold.
